  1. Baking soda for acne:

One of the most common skin problems that might any one of us at any stage of life is acne and the causes are many. Usually, hormonal changes and sensitive skin develops long term acne. Whatever the main cause of acne but natural cleansing and baking soda maintains the skin health and destroys the skin.

Ingredients:

  • Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  • Rosewater 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

How to apply:

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well until it forms a smooth paste.
  • Now apply to the affected area and then let it sit for 0 minutes.
  • Wash your face with cold water and apply moisturizer to avoid itching and dryness.
  • You can repeat the process twice a week to have acne-free skin.

  • Baking soda                       1 teaspoon
  • Aloe vera gel                      1 teaspoon
  • Lavender Essential oil      2-3 drops
  • Water                                 2 tablespoon

How to use:

  • Mix all ingredient in given quantities and then apply on the affected area
  • Spread the mask evenly and then let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Later on, wash with cold water and apply a few drops of coconut oil as a natural moisturizer.

  • Baking soda                                          1 teaspoon
  • Rosewater                                            1 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil                                           1 teaspoon
  • Lavender Essential oil                        2-3 drops

How to apply:

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and make a smooth paste.
  • Apply on the affected areas and then wait for 10 minutes.
  • You might feel tinkling as baking soda penetrates into the skin.
  • Wash with cool water and pat dry with a soft towel.

  • Aloe vera gel                                    1 teaspoon
  • Chamomile Essential oil                 2-3 drops

Ingredients:

  • Baking soda                                        1 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil                                         1 teaspoon
  • Honey                                                  1 teaspoon
  • Frankincense Essential Oil               3 drops

How to use:

  • Mix all ingredients and in the last add essential oil.
  • Apply the paste on the blackhead affected area and let it dry for 5 minutes.
  • Massage slowly and gently with fingertips on the affected area and then wash your face with cold water.
  • Make sure to have a clean face before the application of the paste.
  • You can repeat the process twice a week.
