How To Get Rid Of Double Chin Fast. Weight gain and becoming fat ruins your look and sometimes its not the pounds that you have gained but the muscles grow in the wrong direction. Similarly, a double chin is one of that kind of excessive fat layer or loosed muscles below the chin. Although it can be a sign of hormonal disorder it ruins your look and especially photo look.

Therefore I have come up with some exercises and some massages that might help you get rid of double chin quickly.

Exercise Techniques:

The exercise is very simple and you can perform while sitting on your desk or just at the time of doing normal house chores. Basically, all exercise is based on the engagement of chin muscles stretching that help reduce the fat and shape the muscle in a normal way.  

1. The ladle:

This exercise will be performed step by step gradually.

  • Wide-open your mouth with a face straight.
  • Secondly, bend your lower lip inward and stretch as much as you can.
  • Gradually pull the jaw outward and close your mouth that you opened at first.
  • Repeat this 10-15 times and several sessions in a day.

2. Stick it out:

It engages your tongue in stretching and relaxing techniques.

  • Straight face and wide open your mouth as much as you can feel pressure on the chin.
  • Now bring forth your tongue as much as you can.
  • Start count on to five then gradually bring the tongue back in the mouth and count five again.
  • Repeat the process 5-10 times depending upon the individual.

3. This kiss:

The kiss does not mean the actual kissing but it’s making your face in such a gesture.

  • Look at the ceiling while sitting.
  • Now make your mouth like you are kissing the ceiling and stretch it as much as you can.
  • Repeat it several times with 10 seconds interval.

4. Touch the nose:

Although it’s funny but yet very effective and I recommend you to perform while you are alone.

  • Place your fingers under your chin.
  • Stick out the tongue and try to touch your nose with the tip of the tongue.
  • Some people have quite a long tongue then average person so in that case it won’t produce any tension in the muscle and has no effect. Therefore feel the stretching with your fingers under your chin,
  • Repeat the process several times a day.

5. Neck Roll:

This one is standing position exercise.

  • Drop your head forward to your chest area and press the chin as much as you can.
  • Now with the slow pace move your head to the left and count to 5.
  • Make sure the head weight is all over the chin area and not on the neck.
  • Another similar semi-rotation towards the right direction and again count five and move back gradually.

The food way:

Now besides the exercises, there are some foods that might help you get rid of double chin easily.

1. Sugar-free chewing gum:

Chew the chewing gum for half an hour several times a day as it will engage all facial muscles. Using sugary gum is not recommended as it might cause tooth decay and weight gain.  

2. Cocoa butter:

Cocoa butter is a well-known moisturizer and it improves the skin elasticity. The list of benefits is too long but it also effective in shaping the double chin. Simply apply some warm cocoa butter on the neck and chin and massage for a few minutes. You can apply this before taking a bath or at night before going to bed.

3. Wheat germ oil:

Its another kind of massaging to reduce the double chin and its very simple. However, it’s very effective but you should perform this massage just once a day as the oil is strong in nature. Move your hands from neck to jawline with a gentle press. Continue the process for 10-15 minutes

4. Egg whites:

Simply make a face mask with honey, egg white, lemon juice, and milk. mix all ingredients and apply the paste on the face and neck area. let it dry for 30 minutes and then wash with normal water. However, it’s effective in many ways but repeat the process thrice a week.

5. Milk:

Milk is a natural skin tone and moisturizes the skin naturally. In fact, it brings back the lost elasticity of the muscles. Simply massage some fresh milk on the chin-stroking from the neck to jawline.

6. Green tea:

Nevertheless, losing pounds also helps in removing the double chin. Green tea is the best anti-aging tea and it contains the free radicals that improve the skin texture. A few cups of green tea are very effective in keeping away the double chin.
